SAFEWAY IS BACK, and it’s also RELOADABLE! Stock up!

FRIDAY, December 8, is the LAST CHANCE to order SCRIP before the holidays. Please have orders and payment in the office by the end of the school day to get your SCRIP.

Some SCRIP will still be available over the break at Postal Connections and from Sofia Martinez, but options are limited to what is on hand.

Small denomination cards are also currently available, on a limited basis. This includes $5 and $10 cards for many retailers that normally don’t offer those smaller amounts (STOCKING STUFFERS!). Check it out!

Regular orders will resume again in January.

53rd Annual St. Mary Green Sale

A huge THANK YOU to all the parents, students, staff, and volunteers from the community for helping to make the Green Sale a huge success. On Sunday, November 26th, a crew of 11 adults and 6 students cut approximately 45 Noble fir trees and harvested their branches in preparation for volunteers to make 156 swags, 50 wreaths, 48 centerpieces, and 10 Advent centerpieces in 3 1/2 days. Thirty-one Christmas pots were made and donated by Jodi Schwindt, a long time supporter of St. Mary and Regis schools.

Thank you to the Gift Basket Crew for making over 160 gift baskets from the items donated from St. Mary families. And thank you to the Secret Santa crew for providing a fun and safe place for kids to shop for family and friends. The St. Mary mass choir sang beautifully on Friday night.

Thank you to the Tamale crew for donating their time and supplies into making 450 chicken/beef tamales which sold out by 11:30 am on Sunday. It was a great addition to the Green Sale Weekend.

Thank you to the Breakfast Crew for preparing and serving a fabulous breakfast to approximately 207 people. The Sunday Green Sale Breakfast was sponsored by the Catholic Order of Foresters Court 1776 (in matching funds), WinCo, and Roth’s.

All proceeds from the 2017 St. Mary Green Sale go directly to the school.

Merry Christmas,
Carmela Flett
Green Sale Chairperson

Please contact Missi Vaughn via text message at 971-599-0656 or class.projects@stmaryauction.org to secure your volunteer slot.

We need at least one parent from each grade below to help coordinate projects . This is a great way to earn share hours and work on projects that are some of our highest bidding items! Once volunteers have been assigned I will work with each of you on ideas and looks to help get your project started.

Thank you! –Missi Vaughn
