Student Yoga Class
Hello Regis St. Mary Community! I’d love to offer a free yoga class to students on Friday afternoons, from 3:30 until 4:30 pm, starting Friday, September 22nd. The class will begin with beginner’s yoga practice. All students of all ability levels are welcome.Students are welcome to bring towels instead of mats. We’ll be rooting ourselves in the basics, strengthening our awareness of breath and body. Hanna Bogen really advocates for students to begin learning how to regulate themselves. The tools of breath and awareness that we cultivate through breathing and yoga are hugely impactful in this way. I know that this has been a powerful practice in my own life, and I’d love to share in it with you all. We’ll have some fun, and build a stronger community together!
Hope to see you on the mat!
